is a Grade-A office tower consisting of 24 office floors, a three-storey retail podium, three basement car park floors and a roof garden to top it off. Incorporating strong sustainability features, including using Palmeco for floor underlayers and CO2-based demand-controlled ventilation on office floors, the building was certified platinum by Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) and BEAM Plus.
